electronic capture of data to eliminate or greatly reduce our clients' reliance
on paper. Next, once data is collected, our NE Web Portal solution allows
clients to access, process, redact and annotate information from anywhere
they wish via
a secure internet connection.
The final piece of the puzzle is our e-commerce components – such as BuyCrash.com
– that allow our clients to make information available for purchase in a
quick and easy manner. This results in lower operational costs and a significant

OPS is a joint venture of Intelligent Document Management Solutions (IDMS)
and Holt, Sheets & Associates (HSA) – two successful and financially strong companies currently
engaged with clients across the United States. This venture provides a more
efficient use of products, resources and senior-level staff to offer an increased
array of products and services to existing and future clients. This change
is transparent to existing IDMS and HSA clients. While they see no change
